Ben Rabinowitz is a dedicated trial lawyer at Schwartzapfel Lawyers P.C. who represents clients injured in auto accidents, slips and falls, construction accidents, workers’ compensation, wrongful death and personal injury claims.
Mr. Rabinowitz began his career representing a diverse range of clients in civil litigation, bankruptcy, probate and estate proceedings. Prior to joining our firm, he interned for the Honorable F. Dana Winslow, Supreme Court of the State of New York, 10th Judicial District where he assisted with judicial matters involving medical malpractice, personal injury trials and commercial litigation hearings and proceedings. He then joined Marrone Law Group, P.C. where he represented clients in criminal defense, commercial litigation and real estate matters. Mr. Rabinowitz also clerked for Stuart Gelberg, a highly regarded bankruptcy attorney.
After graduating from Harvard University with a B.A. degree in Economics and a citation in Spanish language studies, Mr. Rabinowitz earned his law degree from Fordham University School of Law. At Fordham, he served as a member of the Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal, the Media & Entertainment Law Society, and the Latin American Law Students Association.
Mr. Rabinowitz played for the Harvard Men’s Baseball Team and competed for the Mixed Martial Arts Club. He remains an avid exercise enthusiast and passionately follows his favorite sports teams: New York Yankees, New York Giants and New York Knicks.
