The 25th Precinct is a mixed area consisting of commercial, residential and both public and private housing. There are six main commercial strips in the precinct: East 166th Street from Pleasant Avenue to Madison Avenue, East 125th Street from 2nd Avenue to 5 th Avenue, 3rd Avenue from East 115th Street to 125th Street, Lexington Avenue from East 115th Street to East 124th Street and 2nd Avenue from East 115th Street to East 124th Street.
