Michael Diamond is a case manager with Schwartzapfel Truhowsky Marcus P.C.
Background
Mr. Diamond was born on Long Island in 1956. He attended Florida State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree. Like many of the associates and attorneys at Schwartzapfel Partners, Mr. Diamond comes to us from a background in insurance defense litigation. He has worked for Travelers Insurance Company, Colonial Penn Insurance Company, American Home Insurance Company and Eagle Insurance Company, investigating, evaluating and negotiating automobile and general liability insurance claims.
Mr. Diamond now applies his experience and knowledge of defense tactics to helping consumers injured in accidents and their families at Schwartzapfel Truhowsky Marcus P.C. Since joining Schwartzapfel Partners in 1995, he has served as a Case Manager, a liaison between the client and their attorney during the pre-litigation stage of a case. Mr. Diamond assists the attorney in the prosecution of a client’s case and coordinates the firm’s relationship with the client. He also assists the attorney with the presentation of settlement proposals. Mr. Diamond presently concentrates his efforts in the area of Personal Injury.
