John Tucker is a case manager with Schwartzapfel Truhowsky Marcus P.C.
Background
Mr. Tucker was born on Long Island in 1967. He attended Geneseo State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree. Like many of the attorneys at Schwartzapfel Partners, Mr. Tucker comes to us from a background in insurance defense litigation. He has worked for General Accident Insurance Company and Eagle Insurance Company, investigating, evaluating and negotiating automobile and general liability insurance claims.
Mr. Tucker now applies his experience and knowledge of defense tactics to helping consumers injured in accidents and their families at Schwartzapfel Truhowsky Marcus P.C. Mr. Tucker has been a Case Manager with Schwartzapfel Partners since 1996, serving as a liaison between the client and their attorney during the pre-litigation stage of a case. Mr. Tucker assists the attorney in the prosecution of a client’s case and with the preparation and presentation of settlement proposals, as well as coordinates the firm’s relationship with the client. Mr. Tucker presently concentrates his efforts in the area of Personal Injury.
