Mr. Holbrook joined Schwartzapfel Partners after a distinguished career as a homicide prosecutor in the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office.  During his tenure as an Assistant District Attorney Mr. Holbrook tried a multitude of jury trials to verdict with an astounding success rate.  These cases included a number of high profile murder cases which garnered significant media attention.  Mr. Holbrook has appeared on television and radio as well as in print including CBS Channel 2,  ABC Channel 7, News 12, 1010 WINS and Newsday.

Mr. Holbrook is an attorney who has earned a reputation for excellence and superior results among his colleagues and judges alike.  Mr. Holbrook has a proven track record of success, even in the toughest of circumstances.

Mr. Holbrook has also served as an adjunct professor at St. John’s University   School of Law teaching trial advocacy.  Recently his students won the American Bar Association’s National Trial Advocacy Competition held annually in Chicago.

Education

Mr. Holbrook earned a degree of Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law and graduated from the State University of New York with honors.
