Mr. Montalto is a case manager with Schwartzapfel Partners P.C.
Mr. Montalto was born in NYC in 1970. He attended State University of New York at Stony Brook, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree. Like many of the attorneys and associates at Schwartzapfel Partners, Mr. Montalto comes to us from a background in insurance defense litigation. He has worked for State Farm Insurance Company, AutoOne Insurance Company, Travelers Insurance Company, and Nationwide Insurance Company, investigating, evaluating and negotiating automobile and commercial liability insurance claims.
Mr. Montalto now applies his experience and knowledge of defense tactics to helping consumers injured in accidents and their families at Schwartzapfel Lawyers P.C. Mr. Montalto is a Case Manager with Schwartzapfel Partners. He is a liaison between the client and their attorney. He also assists the attorney in the prosecution of a client’s case and with the preparation and presentation of settlement proposals, as well as coordinates the firm’s relationship with the client. Mr. Montalto concentrates his efforts in the area of Personal Injury.
