ImClone has replaced patent litigation team

BOSTON (Reuters) - U.S. biotechnology company ImClone Systems Inc. said on Tuesday it looks forward to defending its patent litigation dispute with rival Repligen Corp. and has replaced its in-house and external patent litigation teams.

"We respect the decision of the court and look forward to defending the case on its merits at trial," the company said in a statement. Prior to the court's ruling ImClone Systems had decided to proceed with new counsel handling all aspects of its intellectual property litigation matters.
