Teva says to appeal against court decision in patent litigation

BANGALORE (Reuters) - Generic drugmaker Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. said it would appeal against a federal court's decision to uphold Pfizer Inc.'s patents on its arthritis drug Celebrex.

That decision bars Teva from launching a competing drug in the U.S. until December 2015.
