Background
David Goldstein began his legal career in 1973 working for a single practitioner, who specialized in all aspects of criminal law. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts of New York, the United States District Court of Connecticut and the United States Court of Appeals for the First, Second, Third, and Sixth Circuits.
Practice Areas
Mr. Goldstein represents defendants charged with every conceivable type of crime. He has represented members of organized crime, white collar crimes involving stockbrokers, union officials and school teachers, as well as defendants charged with bias crimes and military crimes. Some of his current cases of interest involve a RICO prosecution in the Eastern District of New York, the seizure of approximately 4,000 pounds of marijuana in the Eastern District, seizures of over 100 kilograms of cocaine in the Eastern District, Southern District, and the Supreme Court of the State of New York.

Mr. Goldstein is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Goldstein is also a member of the New York State Defenders Association and the American Bar Association.
