Background
Mark was born on Long Island in 1970. He attended St. John's University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies. Mark has been with Schwartzapfel Truhowsky Marcus Sachs P.C. since 1994. As a Case Manager, he serves as a liaison between the client and their Attorney during the pre-litigation stage of a case. Utilizing his 13 years of experience at Schwartzapfel Partners, Mark assists the attorney in the prosecution of a client's case and coordinates the firm's relationship with the client. He also assists the Attorney with the preparation and presentation of settlement proposals. Mark presently concentrates his efforts in the areas of Nursing Home Abuse, Personal Injury and Medical Records Analysis.
